To help buyers match with homeowners who aren’t yet on the market and add them to our expanding buyer database we have created our own service called One.Match. Simply tell us what you are looking for by pinpointing your ideal location and we will approach potential sellers on your behalf. This is a free service we offer for buyers to access properties before they hit the market and not miss opportunities.
1.SELECT YOUR IDEAL LOCATION
Select your ideal street based on where you'd love to live, whether it's for work, school catchments or your dream home. We will keep the search as close as possible from the location you provide us.
2.TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOUR IDEAL PROPERTY
Give us an idea of the type of property you’re looking for, any must-have features and your approximate budget. The more information you provide us, the easier it will be for us to match you to a property.
3.ENTICE INTERESTED SELLERS INTO THE MARKET
We will hit the streets and keep our eyes open when we sign up new listings. Once there are interested sellers in or around your location, we’ll notify you.
4. WE WILL ARRANGE A VIEWING AND TAKE THINGS FORWARD
Once you confirm your interest in the property one of our agents will then get in touch to start the process and set up the visit to get the ball rolling.
