  • Why do you give all your listings a name?

    By giving the listings a name we can start building a brand. A brand is easier to remember and easier to bring attention to.

  • Why do you do an Open House when you launch every property?

    By doing this we can spend more time and money to show to several buyers at the same time. This increases awareness and generates urgency amoungst potential buyers to attract multiple offers and gain leverage to negociate the highest price for your property.

  • Why do you only take on Exclusive listings?

    We believe this is the only proper way to sell a property. For the buyers they can communicate to one agent. The sellers can relax. They don’t need to stay on top of different agents from different companies with different possible buyers. It’s chaotic and in disfavor to all sellers and all buyers.

  • How do you find the right market price?

    In most markets sold prices are available for agents and sometimes for the public. This data is not available in Spain. This is a problem for sellers, buyers and agents. To tackle this problem we have developed our Property Index ™ to systematically find the most correct sales price in the market. We combine the index + buyers preference + market status and average price per meter in the area. By doing this we can get the most exact sales price in the industry.   • What kind of agents are you hiring?

    Professional, honest and knowledgeable agents with a minimum of 3 years experience with real estate. All agents needs to be bilingual.. When they onboard at One.Homes we give them extensive training to make sure all agents are delivering the same quality to sellers and buyers.

  • Are you paying your agents well?

    From our knowledge in the industry in Spain, not only do we pay a higher commission to the agents, but we also provide them with a serious marketing budget for every single listing.

  • Do you have a training system in place for your agents?

    Training is one of our core activities. We are in a market where too many agents are cutting corners. We need to make sure all our agents are taking care of our sellers in a very professional way.
