When we make a commitment to sell a property under exclusivity we don't believe it's fair to tie the sellers hands. When other agencies work under exclusivity, they have an abusive clause in their sales contracts that explicitly states the seller is not allowed to bring a buyer directly or through any other agency. If they do they will be penalised and still need to pay the full agency fee.

Exclusivity clause in standard sale contract:

‘This agreement shall be Exclusive in nature, meaning that while it remains in force, the Vendor shall refrain from offering the Property for sale either directly or through any other agencies. If the Vendor breaches the exclusivity clause by selling the Property either directly or through any other agency, the Vendor shall compensate the Agency by paying the total amount of the fee agreed calculated over the public sale price.’

Instead, One.Homes offers the ‘Freedom package’ to maximise the exposure of every property and embraces multiple channels to find a potential buyer. We empower sellers by providing a unique property website with social media toolkit, which enables the seller to be able to promote their home through their own network with the possibility to register a buyer directly and receive a discount on the comission. In addition, all the agents in One.Homes network with collaboration agreements also get their own property website (non-branded) to be able to offer their own buyers so the seller doesn’t miss out on any opportunity to sell their home. If an agent outside our network approaches the seller then we encourage them to send them our contact details so we can offer them our split commission model.
