How to Submit an Offer
At One.Homes, we’ve made the offer process simple, transparent, and respectful of your time.
1. Submit Your Offer Online
Fill out our secure online form with your offer amount, preferred timing, and any relevant conditions (e.g. financing, contingencies). You’ll receive confirmation once your offer has been received.
2. Seller Review Within 48 Hours
We will present your offer to the seller within 48 hours. You will be notified as soon as they make a decision — whether accepted, declined, or if they request further clarification.
3. Competing Offers
In some cases, there may be multiple offers on a property. If this happens, we’ll let you know and give you the opportunity to submit a revised or final offer. Our aim is to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.
4. Reservation and Due Diligence
Once your offer is accepted, we’ll provide a reservation document and full property documentation. A deposit is then made to secure the property while all legal details are reviewed.
Why We Handle Offers This Way
At One.Homes, we believe the offer process should be transparent, fair, and respectful — for both buyers and sellers.
Many real estate negotiations happen behind closed doors, creating confusion, missed opportunities, and distrust. We do things differently.
Transparency builds trust. When buyers know how and when their offer will be reviewed — and whether there are competing bids — they feel respected and informed. Sellers benefit too, as informed buyers are more likely to stay engaged.
Clarity creates confidence. A well-defined process helps everyone feel more confident and in control. With clear steps and expectations, buyers can make informed decisions, and sellers can evaluate offers calmly — reducing stress and avoiding unnecessary complications.
Equal opportunity for all. We believe every serious buyer deserves a fair shot. Our process ensures that offers are reviewed promptly and that no one is left waiting indefinitely or guessing where they stand.
