One.Homes began one afternoon on the beach in Masnou, in El Maresme. We, Lars and Alex, sat down with a beer and started talking about real estate. Both of us had been disappointed by the way the market often worked: homes rushed to market, poor presentation, confusing pricing and very little strategy. We wanted to build something better.
With over thirty years of combined experience in real estate, design and marketing, we created One.Homes to merge the precision of property sales with the creativity of branding, built on a foundation of honesty and care. Every home we represent is launched as if it were its own product, staged, photographed, filmed and presented with a clear story that inspires buyers.
We also rethought how agents should work with sellers. Instead of vague commissions and half commitments, we introduced the 5 4 3 percent commission model, a transparent system that rewards collaboration while giving sellers more freedom and control. Exclusivity for us is not about limiting opportunity, it is about focus. We invest fully in every property we take on, ensuring it is launched with impact and presented consistently across every channel. At the same time, we collaborate with a trusted network of agents, offering white label property websites and fair incentives so that each home reaches the widest possible audience.

Founders
Lars E. Bye
Head of Marketing and Business Development - lars@one.homes
Lars has been in the real estate industry for 22 years, serving for many years as the chief marketing officer for a number of brokerages. He oversaw more than 50 offices nationwide in Norway. Later, he founded an agency specializing in real estate marketing. Over the past 10 years, he and his team have been involved in over 30,000 real estate transactions in Norway, the United States, and Spain.
Lars's primary focus has been assisting agents in selling more properties. He has been involved in transactions ranging from lower-priced rentals to ultra-luxury properties worth up to $75 million. With extensive experience in real estate marketing, Lars has aided hundreds of agents in achieving success in the industry. He has also contributed to the marketing of some of the largest residential buildings in Brooklyn, New York. At one point, his team produced over 800 unique 360-degree renderings for a single project.
In his role, Lars is actively engaged in the branding and sales of properties, applying his expertise in marketing, neuroscience, and leadership development to his daily work.
Alex Gordon
Head of Sales and Operations - alex@one.homes
Over a decade experience in the real estate industry, he is an expert on pricing, negotiation and closing. As a licensed real estate agent, property investor, manager and developer he has first hand knowledge of the nuances of the local real estate market in Barcelona.
Alex originally moved to Barcelona as a professional tennis player, and he brings that same competitive nature and work ethic to helping his clients reach their goals. In an industry that lacks transparency he always prides himself on honesty, integrity and professionalism while advocating for his clients best interests. He firmly believes in consistency while nurturing relationships with other professionals in his industry.
Creative, motivator and results driven his role is to lead the sales team. “If you want to succeed in the real estate industry you always need to be ready to find quick solutions for complex problems.”
