At One.Homes, we believe in full transparency and aligning incentives — for sellers, buyers, and collaborators. That’s why we follow a simple, tiered commission model designed to reward effort, maintain flexibility, and encourage collaboration.
🔹 5% Commission — When One.Homes collaborates with another agency
We believe in working together. If we secure a buyer through an external real estate agency, the total commission is 5%. In these cases, we offer 40% of the commission to the collaborating agency. This approach encourages cooperation and expands your property's exposure to a wider network — all while maintaining a smooth, professional sale process managed by One.Homes.
You still receive full marketing, buyer qualification, negotiation, and closing service — with One.Homes as your single point of contact managing all inquiries and offers.
To support this, we create a white-label property site for collaborating agents so they can confidently share your listing without branding conflict. Most agents don’t have a clean way to share listings and won’t send links from other agencies — our system solves this. We sign formal collaboration agreements that guarantee agents their 2% share, encouraging trust and participation.
🔹 4% Commission — When One.Homes brings the buyer directly
If the buyer comes through our in-house marketing, database, or direct contact — without the involvement of another agency — the commission is 4%.
The buyer may come via our campaigns, portals, social media, or private network. You benefit from full exposure while saving 1% in commission.
We don’t split our fee — and we pass that saving on to you. It’s a more efficient process for everyone.
🔹 3% Commission — When the seller registers the buyer
If you, as the seller, register a buyer from your personal or professional network on your custom website, we handle everything from that point forward — including visits, coordination, negotiation, due diligence, and legal closure.
You receive a 40% discount on our standard commission, reducing it to 3%.
Every seller receives a dedicated marketing page professionally created by One.Homes. You can share it with your network via WhatsApp, email, or social media. Your home is presented in the best possible light — with professional photography, 360º tours, and clear listing info.
You retain control over the quality of marketing — no need for multiple photoshoots with different agencies or worrying how various parties are presenting your home.

We give you the tools to promote your home to potential buyers through your own network and save 40% of the agency fee, all you have to do is register the contact of the buyer on your website and let us do the rest. We will make all the visits, handle the negotiations and the paperwork.
